Before shipment, we carefully inspect our products to guarantee your order will meet your exact specifications. If your product does not arrive as displayed in the approved sample, you are eligible for an exchange at our expense. If there is a defect in your product, please email henry@garmeo.com detailing any issues with your order. To verify that your order qualifies for a refund, please refer to our return policy.

To ensure your order arrives on time, please check your email regularly, as we will notify you via email when your sample is ready for approval. In order for us to begin production, you must approve the photo of the sample. Before approving your sample, please review the photo carefully to ensure all spelling is correct and your specifications have been met. Keep in mind: If you do not approve the sample in a timely manner, there may be delays in shipping.
