Garmeo is dedicated to its customers and guarantees your order will arrive as specified. Otherwise, you are eligible for an exchange. Any requests for exchanges must be submitted within 30 days after your order has been placed. Due to the nature of the service, orders are not eligible for refunds.
To avoid errors, all customers will receive an image of the embroidered sample for approval before production begins. Click here to read our guarantee. Once you approve the sample, you are ineligible for an exchange unless there was an issue with your order. Exchanges will be accepted if:
You received a different garment than the one you ordered. If you were shipped a size, color or garment that is not reflected on your receipt, you are eligible to exchange your garment(s).
The embroidery does not reflect the specifications that you ordered. If you received a design, thread color or embroidery technique that is not reflected on your approved sample, you are eligible to exchange your garment(s).
All other exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Garmeo goods are customized and sent for approval before production begins. Therefore, Garmeo will not honor exchanges if you have changed your mind after the sample was approved or for unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
